What does a typical training week look like?

What do you eat before a race?

Race morning is all about reliability. I stick to foods I've tested hundreds of times – usually white rice or oat porridge, 3 hours before the gun.

How do you approach recovery nutrition?

The 30-minute window post-training is crucial. I prioritise protein and carbs immediately after, then a proper meal within 2 hours.

How do you deal with gut issues during racing?

How do you eat well while travelling for races?

I always pack essentials: oats, honey sachets, rice cakes. Familiar foods mean no surprises. Every recipe has travelling tips built in.
